Hi everyone! I just started this brand new journal today & joined a bunch of communities that I've previously belonged to. I wanted to begin my fresh start with introducing myself in all the communities I belong to. Sorry if you see this more than once.
My name is Jess & I'm 18. I'm 5'6 and looking to lose about 12 pounds. I've lost 8-9 so far since the beginning of January. I'm looking to slowly lower my calories by -100 daily calories per week this month. That should bring me down to 1200 calories. I'm also just starting Couch to 5k this week. I'll be alternating that program with pilates & walking. I might also add my stationary bike back into the mix.
