I just joined the Challenge for the first time this week. I am trying to get in shape for my Spinning Instructor Certification. Right now, motivation, exhaustion and life logistics are all working against me!

I'm definitely looking for some buddies to get through this. I am hoping these communities take off!

Do you all use the "Forums" features on the Challenge webpage?

How are you all doing? How do you balance your life and get everything in? What motivates you?

So far I'm doing well, but of course it's only been 3 days (I started Tuesday). I'm doing the workout part, not the food part (which would be much harder for me). How I'm getting the workouts done is simply not considering it to be optional. I can't go to bed until I've done my workout, and that's motivation enough to get it done as early as possible after work. Kind of like when I get up in the morning and have to figure out where and when I'm going to get my coffee.
